Our founders have 40 years of combined experience building and leading teams in various fields across various industries and domains. Building Sirius Support has allowed a lifelong dream to come true: a place where development, coaching, and care of people are paramount to success.

What The Role Does

You will primarily work on:

Administrative Support:

    Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence assistance.

    Communication Handling:

      Act as a central point of contact, managing emails, reports, and communications, drafting and editing documents as needed.

      Information Management:

        Organize and maintain confidential documents and data. Conduct research and compile information for decision-making.

        Task Prioritization:

          Assist in prioritizing tasks and tracking deadlines.Ensure efficient use of time and resources.

          Meeting Coordination:

            Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and document minutes. Follow up on action items for timely completion.


            You will need to:

            1. Have prior experience as an Executive Assistant, in a high volume, high quality environment
            2. Think fast on your feet
            3. Be agile in approach
            4. Be concise and precise
            5. Type quickly and well
            6. Have a go-getter attitude and proactive approach
            7. Be hyper-organized

            To Be Eligible To Apply, You Will Need

            1. A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps up and down.
            2. A laptop or desktop, PC or Mac or Linux based operating system, dual core processor with at least 8GB or RAM.
            3. A webcam and headset.
            4. A quiet place to work.
            5. A go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn and teach.
            6. Energy and excellent ability to communicate with customers
            7. Excellent command of the English language - comprehension, spoken and written.
